1) Watch an inspirational show or movie
Need a quick pick-me-up? Turn on your favorite movie or show that inspires you. This is a guaranteed fix to get you feeling upbeat, inspired, and motivated.
2) Listen to music
Another great way to feel more motivated and change your attitude is by listening to music that inspires you.
3) Get more sleep
Are you getting enough sleep? Increasing our sleep can definitely provide us with more energy, productivity, motivation, and happiness. It sets the table for everything else that you want to do.
4) Move your body
Need a little more energy? Want to think more clearly and be more productive? Want to feel better about yourself and have more motivation? Go exercise and move your body.
5) Hang out with positive people
If you strive to be happy, inspired, and motivated, like most of us do, you will also want to associate with people who aspire to the same goals. Everything is energy and high vibrations are more motivating than low vibrations.
6) Try something new

How do you feel when you get home from work and notice your house or apartment is dirty or out of sorts? It’s a bummer, right? Get rid of that heavy feeling by tidying and cleaning up. What might only take a short time will make a huge difference in your attitude, free up your mind, and let you feel motivated for your next adventure.
12) Be a spark for someone else
I always remembered how good it made me feel when a stranger said hello or a kind word to me. Especially on those days when I wasn’t feeling my best. It changed my outlook for the rest of the day. It softened me. Be that person and say hello or a kind word to a stranger. Hopefully, it will lift their spirits, which in turn will also lift yours.
